Remedial work: our referral fee, disclosed. If remedial work is needed, we can introduce a registered contractor who pays us a referral fee of 12.5% of the job value. We tell you the amount before you accept, the price you pay is the same, and you are free to use any registered contractor. The fee never influences how an engineer codes a defect.
*Deadline guarantee: on LetSafe Care and LetSafe Complete, if we miss a due date on a subscribed property where access was given, your next inspection for that property is free. Full terms are in our customer terms.

Do you carry out the inspections yourselves?
No. We coordinate. Inspections are carried out by independent professionals holding the relevant registration (Gas Safe for gas, NICEIC or NAPIT for electrical, an accredited assessor for EPCs). What exactly do I get for £7 a month?
LetSafe Care gives you reminders by email, PRS Database readiness and upload support, priority booking and our deadline guarantee. Certificates are charged per job.
What does LetSafe Complete cover?
£22 per property per month with a 12-month minimum. The annual gas safety check, the EICR every 5 years and the EPC every 10 years are included for standard homes (up to 3 bedrooms, 3 gas appliances and 10 circuits), plus everything in LetSafe Care.
