LetSafe Archive By reservation
Original signed documents scanned and emailed to you, then stored in sealed, barcoded boxes with a specialist records store. £25 set-up, then £6 a box a month (minimum 2 boxes). By reservation: we confirm your collection date once boxes are booked in.
Remedial work: our referral fee, disclosed. If remedial work is needed, we can introduce a registered contractor who pays us a referral fee of 12.5% of the job value. We tell you the amount before you accept, the price you pay is the same, and you are free to use any registered contractor. The fee never influences how an engineer codes a defect.
*Deadline guarantee: on LetSafe Care and LetSafe Complete, if we miss a due date on a subscribed property where access was given, your next inspection for that property is free. Full terms are in our customer terms.

Applied automatically by how many of your properties are on a LetSafe plan (Care, Complete or Premier, mixed as you like). The discount covers every property on a plan, not just the extra ones.

Per property, per month. Size and area adjustments are added first, then the discount is applied. Discounts apply to plan fees only. One-off certificates, extras, the Binder, Archive and the Register-Ready Pack are always at their published prices; managing agents have separate agent rates on one-off jobs. If the number of properties on a plan falls below a tier, the new rate applies from your next payment, and we'll tell you first. Discounts combine with paying yearly and with Member Privileges.

No VAT is added. Rules last reviewed October 2026. If a visit finds more appliances or bedrooms than you entered, the engineer still does the check and we charge only the published difference.
Leaving is easy, and every fee is published
These are the only fees for changing your mind or leaving. They cover costs we have already paid, and they are shown again at checkout and before you confirm a cancellation.

Pricing questions
Can I mix plans across my portfolio?
Yes. Plans are chosen per property, so you can put one house on LetSafe Complete and others on LetSafe Care. Every property on any plan counts towards your portfolio discount.
Do you offer portfolio discounts?
Yes, on plan fees: 5% off with 3 to 4 properties on a plan, 10% with 5 to 9, and 15% with 10 or more. It applies to every property on a plan and is worked out automatically. One-off certificates and extras stay at published prices.
What are Member Privileges?
Join LetSafe Complete or Premier by 31 March 2027 and you get a free LetSafe Binder for your first year, smoke and CO alarms tested and recorded at every included visit for 12 months, and your monthly price locked for 2 years. The normal 12-month minimum term applies.
Why choose Complete rather than paying per job?
Paying per job can cost less over five years if you are happy to track dates and book each visit yourself. Complete is for landlords who want it handled: one predictable monthly bill, renewals booked before anything lapses, tenant access arranged, and every document filed. Our calculator shows both, side by side.
Is there VAT on top?
No VAT is added to our prices.
Can I cancel?
Yes, online in a few clicks. LetSafe Care can be cancelled at any time. LetSafe Complete and Premier have a 12-month minimum term: if you leave early you pay the normal price of what you've already had, minus the plan fees you've paid, and never more than the fees left in the term. Your documents are always free to download.
What if my tenant isn't in?
We remind your tenant 48 hours and 2 hours before. If nobody lets the engineer in at a confirmed visit, a £35 abortive-visit fee applies. Rearranging is free up to 48 hours before.
What counts as a standard home for LetSafe Complete?
Up to 3 bedrooms, up to 3 gas appliances and up to 10 circuits. Larger homes pay a small published monthly supplement, and homes with no gas supply pay £16 a month. See the pricing rules.
